Key Account Manager, Natural Channel
We are partnering with a high-growth consumer products company seeking a Key Account Manager, Natural Channel to help accelerate expansion across natural, specialty, and distributor-supported retail channels.
This is a highly visible role for someone who understands how to grow business through KeHE, UNFI, and natural retail partners, and enjoys building account strategies that drive distribution, velocity, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Own relationships with key distributors, including KeHE and UNFI
- Identify whitespace opportunities and secure new retail placements within distributor networks
- Build and execute account growth plans, promotional calendars, and assortment strategies
- Manage retailer onboarding, new item forms (NIFs), and account administration
- Partner with brokers, distributors, and retail customers to drive distribution and sales growth
- Analyze POS and syndicated data to develop compelling selling stories and business recommendations
- Support annual planning, promotional execution, and ongoing account performance reviews
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of CPG sales, account management, or customer development experience
- Strong knowledge of the natural channel and distributor landscape
- Experience working with KeHE and/or UNFI
- Proven track record driving distribution gains, securing new placements, and growing existing accounts
- Experience utilizing SPINS, Circana/IRI, retailer POS data, and Excel to support account growth
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
