Must be in office 10 hours per week in Midtown New York, NY office

Start Date: July 15th


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise cleaning staff.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Track priorities, action items, and key projects.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, professional workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage office purchasing, expenses, and administrative procedures.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate activities across departments and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of executive support, office management, or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

Salary : $25 - $30
