Brand Manager
A high-growth consumer products company is seeking a Brand Manager to support marketing strategy, brand planning, and integrated campaign execution across a portfolio of established and emerging products.
This role will help develop and execute brand marketing plans, track business performance, monitor market trends, and partner cross-functionally to drive consumer engagement, retail demand, and brand growth.
**This role is on-site in Riverside / Corona, CA. Formal relocation package is available**
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and consumer programs informed by data, insights, and business performance.
- Track and analyze monthly brand/category performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
- Partner with insights, sales, category management, commercialization, and marketing teams to develop compelling brand stories and go-to-market materials.
- Lead campaign and program execution across digital, social, retail, content, and consumer engagement channels.
- Manage project workflows, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communication for brand initiatives.
- Contribute fresh ideas for brand programs, product support, and consumer-facing marketing efforts.
Ideal Background
- 5 years of marketing or brand management experience.
- CPG experience is a must, food / bev experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand planning, performance reporting, campaign execution, and cross-functional project management.
- Experience using data and insights tools such as Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or similar platforms preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Relocation package available.
