Brand Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands on Brand Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of consumer products. This role blends analytics, storytelling, innovation, and retail execution. The ideal candidate is both data driven and creative, able to translate insights into action in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics and Insights
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to assess performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Leverage syndicated and internal data to uncover trends, whitespace, and growth drivers.
Partner closely with Category and Sales teams to align on retailer priorities, category dynamics, and business planning.
Translate insights into actionable business cases, forecasts, and promotional strategies.
Storytelling and Sales Enablement
Develop compelling presentations, trade decks, and selling materials that clearly communicate brand strategy and performance.
Convert complex data into persuasive narratives for internal stakeholders and retail partners.
Ensure brand materials are consistent, accurate, and visually strong across channels.
Innovation and Growth Strategy
Support pricing, positioning, forecasting, and go to market planning for new product launches.
Build robust business cases in partnership with Sales and Finance.
Lead post launch tracking and apply learnings to future innovation and optimization efforts.
Retail Media and Shopper Marketing
Oversee retail media, in store marketing, and promotional programs to drive visibility and ROI.
Partner with Sales to plan, execute, and evaluate retail media initiatives.
Ensure eCommerce content, brand shops, and product detail pages are optimized and aligned with brand standards.
Monitor and analyze campaign and promotional performance to inform continuous improvement.
Brand Planning and Marketing Execution
Support the annual brand planning process and define priorities to drive sustainable growth.
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, retail, and media channels.
Track performance and adjust strategies based on data and market feedback.
