Role Overview
The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how Gabriel & Co. shows up in the market — across campaigns, collections, and omni-channel experiences. This individual will lead brand strategy execution, oversee integrated marketing activations, and ensure consistent storytelling across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Retail Relations, E-commerce, and Creative to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial results.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Management
- Oversee creation, execution, and optimization of brand campaigns across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual alignment across all marketing materials.
- Partner with Sales and Retail Relations teams to plan and execute seasonal activations (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Holiday).
- Evaluate campaign performance through post-launch insights and reporting.
New Product & Collection Launches
- Manage end-to-end launch process including Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch phases.
- Coordinate development of comprehensive launch toolkits and marketing collateral across digital, retail, and PR channels.
- Drive alignment between Product, E-commerce, and Creative to deliver cohesive go-to-market plans.
Omni-Channel Activations & Partnerships
- Oversee brand activations and visual merchandising partnerships with department stores (e.g., Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom).
- Manage cross-channel marketing initiatives that bridge physical and digital retail experiences.
- Lead post-campaign performance reviews to identify ROI, engagement, and growth opportunities.
Brand Marketing & Special Projects
- Partner with leadership to shape brand positioning, innovation pipelines, and marketing strategy.
- Support key special projects that elevate brand visibility and differentiation across markets.
- Maintain brand consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management, ideally within luxury, fashion, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record leading multi-channel campaigns and product launches.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret market trends and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, campaign analytics, and budget management.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
