What You'll Do

• Lead architectural consulting and building envelope projects from proposal through project completion.
• Perform and oversee building assessments, forensic investigations, architectural evaluations, and design solutions.
• Develop plans, specifications, technical reports, repair recommendations, and construction documents.
• Conduct field investigations and construction observations to verify quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client communications while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide technical leadership and quality reviews for complex projects and reports.
• Research and resolve challenging design, construction, and building performance issues.
• Mentor architects and technical staff while helping develop the next generation of professionals.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development and expanding project opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Architect (RA) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8 years of architectural consulting, building envelope, or building science experience.
• Strong background in project management, client relations, and technical leadership.
• Experience performing building evaluations, forensic investigations, and construction administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and project teams.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to business growth.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Roof Consultant (RRC)
• Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC)
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
• Additional building enclosure or building science certifications are highly valued.
