Internal Recruiter

FootBridge is a specialized staffing and recruiting firm, and we are growing fast. We offer a good company culture with very low turnover and lots of growth opportunities. We are looking for a full-time Internal Recruiter to help us hire our own people: the recruiters, account executives, and BD reps who run our divisions. You will be managing a busy desk and running several open searches at once across different divisions, each one a little different. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, directors and recruiting managers, making a real impact on our growth.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple internal searches at once, prioritizing our most urgent hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and ZoomInfo.
• Create and manage job postings using job boards and professional networks.
• Screen candidates against the requirements of each role and pass along the ones who fit.
• Write candidate summaries for hiring managers to review.
• Coordinate interviews, update candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage pipeline and recruiting activity using Bullhorn applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• 3 years of talent acquisition / internal recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage several open roles and competing priorities at once.
• Experience in recruiting for sales, business development, and recruiting roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with great judgment about people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative effort with hiring managers.
• Experience with industry tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Local to Andover, MA and able to work a hybrid schedule.

Compensation / Benefits

• $70-90k salary, depending on experience
