What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at FootBridge?
Assembler
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $20.00 - 22.00/hr Monthly Bonuses
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints and technical terminology.
- Perform measuring, fitting, wiring, and testing of parts and finished products.
- Adjust units based on test results.
- Inspect the quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools used during the assembly process.
- Adhere to company procedures and guidelines.
- Test finished products for any defects.
- Maintain tools and equipment used in production.
- Keep the workspace clean and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
