Customer Service Representative
Pay: $17/hr
Typing Speed: 50 WPM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Decatur, GA 30034 (Onsite) — MARTA accessible
Job Duties
Under direct supervision, you will work and communicate with the general public, internal teams, and external customers to provide information and services that align with customer expectations and Georgia law. Responsibilities include processing and organizing files, storing and retrieving records, copying/scanning documents, and coordinating the transfer and maintenance of records.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Physical Requirements
This role may occasionally require standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
This position is onsite in a shared office environment and requires working collaboratively with a team.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma AND one (1) year of experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, or providing general information.
