Job Description Customer Service Representative (Kennesaw, GA)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Position Status: Contractor

Assignment Duration: Long-term

Job Overview

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative reports to a Customer Service Operations Supervisor, ensuring timely delivery of frontline services. The role involves supporting back-office operations with non-phone tasks as needed. The position is based at a customer service counter in Kennesaw, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer interactions.
• Communicate professionally with agency personnel and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support team with additional tasks as required.
• Assist with back-office, non-phone duties when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must live within a 15-mile radius to Kennesaw.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to complete a paid three-week New Hire Training Course at the client's headquarters in downtown Atlanta.
• Must pass a background check conducted by the Department of Driver Services.
