Customer Service Representative (Onsite – Lawrenceville, GA)

Pay: $15/hour

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | (Tues-Fri 8:00AM-6:00PM) & (Sat-8:00-12:00PM)

Start Date: ASAP. Interviews will begin the first week of December.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Support smooth daily operations with quick problem-solving and great teamwork
• Jump in to help with a variety of simple, behind-the-scenes administrative tasks
• Keep customer interactions positive, clear, and efficient
• Maintain a friendly presence and a focus on service quality throughout the day
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of in-person customer service or retail experience
• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating a helpful, welcoming environment
• Strong communication skills and a steady, reliable work style
• A team player who’s willing to pitch in wherever needed
• Comfortable being onsite and engaging with the public regularly
  
  

Work Environment

You’ll be onsite at a public-facing service center, helping visitors throughout the day and supporting the team behind the counter.
