Duties
- Enter data into multiple databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with precision and speed.
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize data sets, and generate reports that support decision-making.
- Conduct data collection activities from various sources, verifying accuracy before entry.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Transcribe handwritten or audio-recorded information into digital formats with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized records of all data entries, updates, and related documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in basic math calculations related to inventory or order processing as needed.

Experience

- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed; experience with transcription is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic math principles for data validation and order processing tasks.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience working with pivot tables in Excel or similar tools to analyze large datasets.
- Familiarity with filing systems—both digital and physical—and maintaining detailed records.
- Prior office experience involving data collection, order entry, or clerical duties is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks diligently while maintaining focus on accuracy over extended periods.
