What You'll Manage
- Maintain accurate booking, itinerary, supplier, traveler, schedule, or service records used by Fly My Group in the Tour Operations Coordinator role.
- Coordinate confirmations, changes, accommodations, transportation, activities, ticketing, or other travel components relevant to Tour Operations Coordinator work.
- Track deadlines, pending confirmations, traveler requirements, payments, and operational exceptions that need follow-up.
- Communicate clearly with travelers, suppliers, partners, or internal teams when information changes or additional action is required at Fly My Group.
- Resolve routine booking or service issues within established procedures and escalate complex disruptions promptly.
- Prepare the trackers, manifests, service notes, confirmations, or status updates needed to keep Fly My Group travel work organized.
- Strong organization, customer-service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort using booking, CRM, itinerary, spreadsheet, email, and document systems.
- Ability to manage dates, confirmations, traveler details, and multiple service components accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication with travelers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Good judgment when prioritizing time-sensitive changes, disruptions, or missing information.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
