What You'll Manage
- Enter and organize approved financial transactions, invoices, receipts, expense records, or supporting documents in the Finance Assistant role at Fly My Group.
- Assist with account reconciliations and investigate routine discrepancies under established procedures as part of the Finance Assistant role at Fly My Group.
- Maintain organized finance files, schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation across group airfare and traveler operations in this Finance Assistant position.
- Prepare recurring financial summaries, payment status reports, or spreadsheet updates for the Fly My Group team as part of Finance Assistant work.
- Coordinate routine finance questions or missing documentation with the appropriate internal team while supporting group airfare and traveler operations in the Finance Assistant role at Fly My Group.
- Protect confidential banking, customer, vendor, and company financial information as part of day-to-day Finance Assistant responsibilities at Fly My Group.
- Strong numerical accuracy, spreadsheet, organization, and attention-to-detail skills for the Finance Assistant opening at Fly My Group.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, payments, or reconciliations is helpful.
