- Coordinate Order Processing Specialist tasks, schedules, assignments, status updates, and supporting records across Fly My Group operations.
- Maintain accurate workflow trackers, documentation, deadlines, ownership details, and completion evidence.
- Review requests or operational information for completeness and resolve routine exceptions within documented procedures.
- Communicate dependencies, delays, changes, and required actions clearly to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports, handoff notes, schedules, or operational summaries needed for day-to-day execution.
- Identify practical process improvements and maintain a clear record of actions and decisions in the Order Processing Specialist role at Fly My Group.
- Strong organization, prioritization, follow-up, and written communication skills.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, project or workflow tools, email, and online business systems.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities without losing documentation quality.
- Good judgment when escalating exceptions, delays, or issues outside assigned authority.
- Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
