The Right Background
- 5 years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience running projects end-to-end as a PM or SPM
- Background in education, public, or complex commercial work preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and closeout
- Experience with Procore or similar CM software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
