Role Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for overall project delivery, including budget, schedule, quality, and team leadership. The role works closely with ownership, internal development teams, design professionals, and field leadership to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Manage overall project budgets, schedules, cost control, and reporting
- Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff
- Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
- Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, consultants, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company best practices
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee closeout activities including punchlists, turnover, and warranty coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor or developer
- Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects from start to finish
- Strong financial acumen with full budget and cost control responsibility
- Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
