You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital ProjectsTHE WORK:You’ll oversee the development, setup, verification, and implementation of program/project controls systems and tools.You’ll lead the project controls team in resolving program issues and challenges.You’ll coordinate the review of the project/program controls approach with the client’s leadership staff.You’ll establish reporting formats and control system setup in coordination with other stakeholders.You’ll establish and analyze key performance metrics for the program/project.You’ll ensure the maintenance of internal control safeguards for accurate reporting.You’ll develop and monitor compliance with controls-related policies and procedures.Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction ManagementMinimum of ten to fifteen 15 years of experience in program and project-level controls for major construction programsBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Master's degree in business administrationExpert knowledge across various controls function - Scheduling, Budget/Cost Management, Risk Management, Change ManagementExpert level knowledge and use of P6Sector experience - TransitProven track record of success with progressively higher levels of responsibilityEstablished experience in leading effective controls teamsStrong understanding of construction means and methodsKnowledge of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, risk, and document management principlesAbility to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyExcellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSolid technical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client goalsAbility to effectively participate in and facilitate group meetingsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
