The Role: Project Executive- Interiors
This is the President’s right hand — the person who keeps the field, office, and client experience aligned.
You’ll lead project teams, drive operational excellence, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth.

🧱 What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
- Oversee multiple active interior construction & renovation projects
- Lead & mentor PMs and Superintendents
- Set expectations, build accountability, and strengthen communication
- Standardize scheduling, cost control, change management & reporting
Client & Project Oversight
- Executive-level point of contact for key clients
- Ensure projects hit quality, budget & schedule targets
- Provide updates, walkthroughs, and proactive issue resolution
Strategic Growth & Scaling 📈
- Partner with the President on forecasting, planning & operational strategy
- Improve systems, workflows and staffing models as the firm grows past $40M
- Evaluate margins, manpower, backlog & performance to drive efficiency
- Help shape a culture of high standards and continuous improvement
💼 What’s On Offer
💲 Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000
