Regional Sales Manager – Texas
Bring your curiosity to work as the next Regional Sales Manager for Texas. In this role, you will lead the Texas sales team and report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Your mission is to achieve or exceed incoming order targets by developing and leading a high-performing sales team, accelerating sustainable growth across existing and emerging opportunities, building strong customer and partner relationships, and delivering tailored pumping solutions that meet evolving industry needs. This role plays a key part in driving long-term value and competitive advantage while contributing directly to high-quality customer solutions.
As Regional Sales Manager for Texas, you will lead the development and execution of the regional sales strategy, driving revenue growth through effective channel management, forecasting, territory design, and key customer engagement. You will also manage and develop the sales team, set performance targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Direct channel development activities and coordinate sales distribution
- Establish and assign sales territories and targets for account managers
- Engage with key clients, supporting account managers in building and maintaining strong relationships and negotiating sales
- Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and present results to senior leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, including performance feedback, goal setting, and training
