We're looking for a Head of Growth or senior Growth Marketing Lead who can build acquisition and retention loops inside AI-native startups. You'll work with founders at companies in our network to define the growth model, run the channels, and build the team that scales from first users to first million.
- You do the work. SEO, lifecycle, paid, content, partnerships. You've actually run the campaigns, not just managed agencies.
- You're analytical. You can write SQL, build dashboards, and defend every channel with unit economics.
- You ship content that compounds. Not blog posts that die in three days, but assets that keep bringing users.
- You're AI-native. You use LLMs to scale yourself across copy, research, and testing.
- You care about brand. Growth and brand are not in opposition for you. Taste matters, always.
- 5 years of growth or marketing experience at a high-growth startup
- Track record owning at least one channel to scale (paid, SEO, lifecycle, or content)
- Strong analytical chops and comfort in SQL
- Experience at a seed to Series C B2B or B2C AI/SaaS startup is a strong plus
- Previous founder or first marketing hire experience is welcomed
