Senior Product Manager

We're looking for Senior and Technical Product Managers who are building inside AI-native startups. You'll own product surfaces end to end at companies in our network, working directly with founders and engineers to define what to build, ship it, and learn from what users actually do.

• You're a product builder, not a project manager. You write specs that engineers love and that ship on time because they're thought through.
• You're technical. Maybe you came from engineering, maybe you didn't, but you can read code, run SQL, and reason about tradeoffs.
• You're AI-native. You ship LLM-powered features, understand evals, and have strong takes on where AI products are heading.
• You obsess over craft. The flows, the copy, the edge cases. You care about details most PMs miss.
• You've shipped end to end. You've owned a surface from zero to one and felt the weight of every decision.

• 4 years of product management experience in a product-led environment
• Background shipping AI, developer, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical fluency and experience working in a small engineering team
• Portfolio of real surfaces you owned and measurable outcomes
• Previous engineering or founder experience is a strong plus
