We're looking for Engineering Managers and Staff IC Leads who build teams that ship. You'll lead inside AI, infrastructure, and enterprise startups in our network where your judgment on what to build, who to hire, and how fast to move will define the next chapter of the company.
- You've built teams from 3 to 30. You know when to hire, when to hold, and when to restructure.
- You still ship code. Maybe not every week, but you haven't lost your hands. You pair, you review, you unblock.
- You run teams that ship fast. Not by cracking the whip, but by removing friction and keeping focus tight.
- You're AI-native in how you work. Claude Code and agents are standard tooling for you and your team.
- You hire with taste. You know the difference between impressive and effective.
- 7 years of engineering experience with 3 years managing or leading teams
- Track record leading a team of 5 to 30 engineers at a high-growth startup
- Strong technical judgment, still active on architecture and code review
- Experience shipping AI-native products or infrastructure is a strong plus
- Previous founder, Staff Engineer, or Tech Lead experience is welcomed
