About This Role
Run your own 40-bed long-term care unit within Saint Elizabeth Home, a 168-bed nonprofit skilled nursing and rehab center in East Greenwich. Own day-to-day nursing operations: standards of practice, policies and procedures, staffing and delegation, and coordinating nursing with the center's other resident services. Unit-level leadership with real authority and a defined scope. Two commitments worth noting from this employer: superior staffing ratios (they cite some of the best in the state) and no mandated shifts, the phrase every nurse who's been mandatoried scans for.
