About This Role
One-on-one home care nursing with Saint Elizabeth Home Care, part of the nonprofit Saint Elizabeth Community (trusted care since 1882, and a 2026 PBN Best Place to Work in RI). Conduct admissions, revisits, and discharges with real assessment and education time per client, backed by an interdisciplinary team, ample administrative support, and proper equipment: iPad point-of-care devices and all necessary supplies, plus mileage reimbursement. The schedule respects your life: salaried, Monday through Friday days, one weekend per month or less. Benefits at 20 hours: Blue Cross health, Delta dental, vision, 403b employer contribution, tuition assistance AND student loan reimbursement, childcare reimbursement, referral bonuses. PSLF-qualifying nonprofit. They cite some of the best staffing ratios in the state, and the care model is built on exactly that: time to do the job right.
