About This Role
Support PACE-RI's home care team in the field: skilled and acute visits, wound care, medication administration and packing, nursing assessments, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team. You'll also supervise and mentor CNAs, support vaccination clinics, and flex into in-house nursing coverage when needed, so the work stays varied. Rotating Saturday coverage required. PACE is Rhode Island's nonprofit all-inclusive care program for seniors, and this is a PSLF-qualifying employer. Pay starts at $38/hr with real education support: $3,000 and 40 hours annually for continuing education, licensure renewal reimbursement, and CPR certification covered. Separate work phone provided. Supportive, fast-paced team where the COO is a nurse, and work-life balance is taken seriously. New grads welcome: home care is open to early-career nurses, and this role includes mentorship from experienced RNs. Requirements: active RI RN license, CPR, associate degree (BSN preferred), driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience preferred but not required.
