About This Role
Care for PACE-RI participants in their homes: personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, meals), light homemaking, behavioral support, and being the eyes that catch changes in condition early. Follow individual care plans, document in AxisCare, and work with nurse oversight and real training, including rehab-department coaching for restorative activities. Relationship-based work with the same participants, not a new stranger every shift. Field-role perks: mileage reimbursement between cases, paid travel time, monthly cell phone stipend, and weekend shift bonuses. At 30 hours: medical, dental, vision, 403b with match, 11 paid holidays, and PTO that includes your birthday off. Nonprofit, PSLF-qualifying employer. Pay range per PACE's published postings; being confirmed with their team. One year of CNA experience preferred but not required; PACE trains its own. Requirements: active RI CNA license, CPR, high school diploma or equivalent, driver's license and reliable transportation.
