About This Role
A nursing leadership role without leaving hands-on care behind: manage clinical operations at Saint Elizabeth Assisted Living, a 69-apartment community in a restored turn-of-the-century Providence building (free on-site parking). The work blends both worlds: medication administration, rounds, assessments, and non-sterile treatments alongside real management responsibility: staff scheduling, delegation, service plans, evaluations with the Director of Resident Care, and being the clinical decision-maker when a resident's status changes. Saint Elizabeth Community is a nonprofit, locally owned organization caring for Rhode Islanders since 1882, with 11 locations statewide and a 2026 PBN Best Place to Work honor. Benefits at 20 hours: Blue Cross health, Delta dental, vision, 403b employer contribution, tuition assistance and loan reimbursement, childcare reimbursement, referral bonuses. PSLF-qualifying nonprofit. Note: this role assists with the 24-hour on-call rotation, stated up front because you should know before you apply. Requirements: active RI RN license, accredited nursing school graduate, state medication-administration certification, comfort with both direct care and staff leadership.
