Pay Rate: $19/hour
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, company is flexible to working between the hours of 7:30am-5pm, Monday- Friday

Job Title: Data Entry/Invoicing Clerk
Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Office/Data entry experience and customer service skills
- Invoicing or basic accounting knowledge is preferred
- Strong 10 key data entry skills with a love of working with numbers
- Basic Excel knowledge entering data into existing spreadsheets
- Computer savvy to learn new software
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and make corrections
- Process invoice accounts and file claims with vendors
- Process voids, product cross-reference, activate accounts, and maintain multiple email inboxes
- Process chargebacks and rebills from vendors
- Help to cover the Reception Desk, sort/deliver mail if needed
