Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Hours: Full Time, 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday
Length: Temporary seasonal through approximately mid December
Job Title: Production Office Associate
Location: Oshkosh, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Previous office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience with daily production highly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to process alphanumeric data quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Process and print work orders
- Proofread orders for any errors
- Assist with problematic orders and communicate with other departments
- Create packets of work orders for production
- Update notes in the production scheduler tool
- Coordinate the process for pre-production proofs
- Work with supplier operations to track missing products
- Coordinate the backorder and replacement process
- Enter and maintain data in various spreadsheets
- Assist in organizing the pre-production area and finishing area as needed
