Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Length: Temporary to Hire
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- Prior office or reception experience required
- Invoicing experience a plus
- Outlook knowledge needed, any ERP software knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
- Greet visitors and walk in traffic
- Data entry
- Match accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Speak with vendors and store locations as needed to attain additional information needed on invoices
- Assist with other projects as needed
