Pay Rate: $19/hour
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Length: Temporary to hire
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for data entry
- Sort and match invoices and check requests
- Prepare, process, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
- Prepare and code vehicle maintenance invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Respond to vendor and store inquiries
- Investigate and respond to accounts payable issues
- Filing
Requirements:
- Office experience working with data entry and numbers
- Accounts payable or general accounting knowledge is highly preferred
- Good data entry skills and basic Excel knowledge
- Computer savvy to learn new software
