A leading commercial real estate advisory and investment sales platform is seeking a driven Vice President of Business Development to join its suburban Philadelphia team. This role is focused on expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting transaction execution efforts. Position Overview
Location: Suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Experience Level: 3–5 years of business development, sales, acquisitions, or related experience within commercial real estate

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships across student housing, multifamily, and build-to-rent sectors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities
- Track business development activity and manage workflow through CRM platforms and internal systems
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify target markets, key clients, and strategic growth initiatives
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and market-related functions
- Assist in evaluating opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing presentations and marketing materials
- Support transaction execution efforts, including underwriting assistance, marketing preparation, and outreach to prospective investors and buyers
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, industry professionals, and referral sources
Qualifications
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, acquisitions, or a related role within commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and investment sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Real estate license is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree required
