What You'll Be Doing

Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting

• Lead and oversee the global accounting function, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and evolving accounting standards.
• Review monthly financial statements, analyze variances, and identify areas requiring further investigation.
• Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings and related disclosures.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

Audit & Compliance

• Manage quarterly reviews and annual external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Lead the company's SOX compliance efforts and strengthen the global control environment.

Strategic Growth & M&A

• Lead accounting due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and divestitures.
• Participate in strategic transactions and provide accounting guidance during mergers and acquisitions.
• Review key contracts and commitments to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Evaluate and enhance accounting systems, processes, and controls to support continued growth.
• Drive improvements in reporting efficiency, automation, and financial infrastructure.
• Partner with business leaders to implement scalable solutions while maintaining compliance.

Team Leadership

• Mentor, coach, and develop accounting professionals across the organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capabilities that support long-term business growth.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 7–12 years of public accounting experience with management responsibility OR 10–15 years of progressive industry accounting experience
• Strong understanding of:
