What You'll Be Doing
Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting
- Lead and oversee the global accounting function, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and evolving accounting standards.
- Review monthly financial statements, analyze variances, and identify areas requiring further investigation.
- Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings and related disclosures.
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Audit & Compliance
- Manage quarterly reviews and annual external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Lead the company's SOX compliance efforts and strengthen the global control environment.
Strategic Growth & M&A
- Lead accounting due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and divestitures.
- Participate in strategic transactions and provide accounting guidance during mergers and acquisitions.
- Review key contracts and commitments to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
Process Improvement & Systems
- Evaluate and enhance accounting systems, processes, and controls to support continued growth.
- Drive improvements in reporting efficiency, automation, and financial infrastructure.
- Partner with business leaders to implement scalable solutions while maintaining compliance.
Team Leadership
- Mentor, coach, and develop accounting professionals across the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational capabilities that support long-term business growth.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 7–12 years of public accounting experience with management responsibility OR 10–15 years of progressive industry accounting experience
- Strong understanding of:

- SEC Reporting
- SOX Compliance
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
