Lead Total Rewards Analyst - Up to $120k bonus

Our client, a large consumer services organization, is hiring a Lead Total Rewards Analyst to join its growing Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation-focused professional who enjoys using data to drive business decisions and wants to expand their expertise across broader Total Rewards programs. This role serves as the organization's primary compensation subject matter expert, leading compensation strategy, market analysis, salary administration, and annual compensation planning. ***Hybrid schedule, after training


Responsibilties:

  • Lead the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
  • Conduct market pricing analyses and provide salary recommendations
  • Manage job evaluations, salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture
  • Support annual merit and bonus planning cycles
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices
  • Assist with compensation audits, reporting, and governance initiatives
  • Support health & welfare and retirement plan administration
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with employee communications and Total Rewards education
  • Participate in benchmarking and program enhancement projects
  • Develop compensation and benefits reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Identify trends and provide insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of compensation and Total Rewards experience
  • Strong compensation analysis, market pricing, and salary administration experience required
  • HR certification preferred
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
