What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle)
- Ensure accuracy across wages, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements
- Partner across HR and Finance as the payroll systems SME
- Support GL entries, reconciliations, and payroll-related reporting
- Assist with tax filings, 401(k) administration, and audit support
- Act as a key resource for employee payroll inquiries
What they’re looking for:
- 4 years of hands-on payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
- Strong systems experience
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
- Proactive, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment
