Staff Accountant - Up to $70k bonus
Our client, a fast-growing consumer services organization, is looking to hire a Staff Accountant for its very collaborative Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential early-career accountant eager to gain broad exposure and grow within a scaling organization. ***Hybrid schedule after training period
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Prepare and post cash-related journal entries
- Support month-end close and ad hoc accounting requests
- Assist with banking activities (ACH, wires, deposits)
- Help improve accounting processes and support audit requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 year of bank reconciliation and month-end close experience
- Strong Excel skills and solid GAAP fundamentals
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
