Senior Payroll & Compliance Specialist, Plymouth Meeting, PA (On-Site), $90,000–$120,000
Senior Payroll & Compliance Specialist – Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for multiple entities across multiple states, including job costing and department coding.
- Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPR) and Davis-Bacon reports
- Ensure compliance with CPR, LCP, MEUR, and EEO reporting requirements.
- Prepare and file payroll taxes (weekly, quarterly, and annually).
- Manage union reports, benefit remittances, and 401(k) contributions.
- Reconcile benefits enrollments and terminations, maintain audit-ready employee and payroll records.
- Support onboarding, terminations, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare W-2s, ACA reporting, and year-end filings.
- Review and audit weekly timesheets, supervise payroll staff, and communicate payroll/compliance updates to leadership.
Senior Payroll & Compliance Specialist – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in construction or multi-entity environments.
- Required expertise in:
- Certified Payroll (Davis-Bacon)
- Union reporting and remittances
- Multi-state payroll processing
- Payroll tax compliance and deductions
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Spectrum software experience is a plus but not required.
