Senior Corporate Accountant - Up to $130k bonus
Our client, a well-established investment management organization, is hiring a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its finance team. This highly visible role reports directly to the CFO and offers exposure to corporate accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and private investment operations. ***Hybrid schedule
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
- Manage the full revenue accounting cycle and support cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate annual audits and assist with tax reporting activities
- Support oversight of third-party fund administration activities and investment transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and automation across finance operations
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as the organization continues to grow
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting experience with strong corporate accounting exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems preferred
- Financial services or investment industry experience is a plus, but not required
