Human Resources Business Partner - Up to $150k large bonus
Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is hiring a HR Business Partner to serve as the senior HR leader and strategic partner to the CEO. This is a highly visible role responsible for leading all aspects of HR while remaining hands-on with employees across the organization. With approximately 125 employees, this individual will work closely with both executive leadership and the manufacturing workforce, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management initiatives. ***100% Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the CEO on workforce strategy, organizational planning, and business initiatives
- Lead all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor
- Guide change management efforts, including technology adoption and AI-related workforce initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Coach managers and supervisors on employee development, performance, and workplace issues
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and C-Suite stakeholders
- Strong employee relations background and broad HR generalist expertise
- Working knowledge of employment law, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, and workers' compensation
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or related certification preferred
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
