Responsibilities
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Conduct regular outreach to ensure product adoption and client satisfaction
- Manage subscription renewals and ensure continuity of service
- Identify training needs, support gaps, and usage challenges; coordinate solutions
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing education
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and email communications
- Provide light troubleshooting and basic technical support
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership and client success management
- Partner with Finance on renewals, billing questions, and process accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer insights and usage trends
- Support client strategy and ensure customers receive full product value
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in a software or SaaS environment required
- Familiarity with client success workflows and basic technical concepts
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership
