What Are We Excited About?

We are adding a Client Success Executive to our team! In this role, you will be the primary advocate our customers, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across Goliath Technologies to accelerate value realization for each customer. We will need you to be passionate about Goliath products and committed to continually driving business value from Goliath. You will work closely with customers to discover their business needs and unique challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use Goliath products to solve them.

Goliath’s products are focused on the exploding cloud computing and desktop virtualization market and help IT professionals anticipate, troubleshoot, and prevent end-user experience issues before end users are impacted. Goliath Technologies helped organizations avoid over 1.6M hours of downtime with our proactive solutions.


Your Typical Day:

  • You are responsible for the ultimate success of Goliath’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal.
  • You ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in Goliath Technologies and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.
  • You identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across your existing business and collaborate with the sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint.
  • You drive a seamless onboarding process and work cross-functionally with our support and services team to dedicatedly handle your customers’ successful deployment.
  • You will help to develop and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals, and drive long-term account growth.
  • You will passionately handle each customer’s business needs and environments – actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and generate referrals.

You Have:

  • 3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • You are a self-starter with a consistent track record of driving customer success (adoption, technical account reviews, customer satisfaction).
  • Understand customer requirements, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience working with an enterprise solution sales team and partnering with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts and industry trends.
  • Highly analytical with a dedication to process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity.
  • You have a passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to solve the problems that our customers face.
