What are the responsibilities and job description for the B2B Ecommerce Manager position at firstPRO, Inc?
Core Responsibilities:
• Platform Ownership: Immediate ownership of our Adobe Commerce (Magento) portal (90% of business) and FBM & FBA Shopify (10%).
• The "Science" (Tech & Ops): You must understand the complex architecture of Adobe Commerce. You will own the process, the data, and the progress. Including Product Creations inside the ERP.
• The "Art" (Creative & Brand): We need a "Brand Cheerleader" with an eye for photography and visual storytelling. The content needs to feel "raw and real," not generic corporate stock.
• Inventory Strategy: Managing 5,000 SKUs in a temperature-controlled environment. You must understand the nuances of perishable or complex inventory.
The "Must-Have" Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 3–5 years of Hands-On experience. We don't need a high-level delegator; we need a doer.
• Industry Background: Must have experience with Temperature-Controlled goods (Food/Beverage preferred) and high SKU counts (3k ).
• Strict Exclusion: NO Automotive or simple hard-goods backgrounds. We need complex, perishable inventory experience.
• Validation (The "BS" Test): Candidates must be able to name specifically WHO their Adobe Partner was in previous roles and provide a Portfolio of live websites they have worked on.
• Communication: Excellent in-person communication is key. They must be able to hold their own with ownership and own the room.
