We are seeking an experienced Magento eCommerce Manager to join our client's growing team in Philadelphia. This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands the complexities of managing temperature-controlled food and beverage products in an eCommerce environment.
This role will oversee website strategy, platform optimization, marketplace operations, and day-to-day eCommerce performance, with a strong focus on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Amazon fulfillment channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Shopify platforms
- Oversee website creation, enhancements, and ongoing management
- Lead SKU setup, catalog management, and product lifecycle updates
- Manage Amazon operations including FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence within temperature-controlled food/beverage logistics
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
- Monitor KPIs, site performance, and conversion optimization
- Drive communication across internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of eCommerce management experience
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- Experience managing FBM and FBA channels
- Shopify platform experience
- Direct experience with temperature-controlled goods (Food/Beverage industry strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of SKU management and product catalog structure
- Website creation and ongoing management experience
- Excellent communication skills
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
