What Youâll Do
- Lead project and job cost accounting, including WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate cost tracking, change orders, and project profitability
- Deliver job-level financial reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making
- Own monthly close, P&L management, and variance analysis for the business unit
- Serve as the primary finance partner to BU leadership
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies in line with corporate and PE standards
- Support and optimize ERP systems (NetSuite) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
What Weâre Looking For
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)
- 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Strong background in project-based finance or construction accounting (WIP, job costing, revenue recognition)
- Experience in industrial services, contracting, or related industries preferred
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Self-starter who can operate independently and manage competing priorities
