What You’ll Do

• Lead project and job cost accounting, including WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate cost tracking, change orders, and project profitability
• Deliver job-level financial reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making
• Own monthly close, P&L management, and variance analysis for the business unit
• Serve as the primary finance partner to BU leadership
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies in line with corporate and PE standards
• Support and optimize ERP systems (NetSuite) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)
• 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong background in project-based finance or construction accounting (WIP, job costing, revenue recognition)
• Experience in industrial services, contracting, or related industries preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Self-starter who can operate independently and manage competing priorities
