Accountant

Accountant- Suwanee, GA

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with 10 years of accounting experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting a multi-location, global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience managing full-cycle accounting functions in a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Process financial transactions accurately and timely
• Assist with inventory accounting and reporting
• Prepare reports and analysis to support management decisions
• Collaborate with teams across multiple locations and countries
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10 years of professional accounting experience required
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-national operations preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
