We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with 10 years of accounting experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting a multi-location, global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience managing full-cycle accounting functions in a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Process financial transactions accurately and timely
- Assist with inventory accounting and reporting
- Prepare reports and analysis to support management decisions
- Collaborate with teams across multiple locations and countries
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years of professional accounting experience required
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-national operations preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
