Our client is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role offers great benefits, a hybrid work schedule, and a strong PTO package. The position pays up to $95,000 plus a bonus.
- Perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of Residential properties.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Complete month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Record and analyze tenant lease activity, including rent commencements, terminations, and amendments.
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, and operating expense analyses.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4 years of property accounting experience.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
