We’re partnering with a dynamic Atlanta-based Healthcare organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of FP&A experience. This is a highly visible role working directly with leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful financial insights that support strategy, performance, and key business decisions. This role offers a base salary up to $120,000 plus 100% paid medical benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and accountability across the organization
- Perform detailed financial analysis across business units, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-8 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
