What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst position at firstPRO 360?
We’re partnering with a growing Atlanta-based Manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a highly visible FP&A role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that influence strategy, business performance, and key decisions. Candidates must have 3 years of FP&A experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, driving accuracy, alignment, and accountability across the organization.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis across business units, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
