Speech-Language Pathologist ( SLP)

1099 Contractor — Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Community Based in Orange County or Osceola County

❤️ MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide skilled speech and language therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work with children experiencing developmental delays and communication challenges
• Help patients develop functional communication skills
• Monitor, document, and review patient progress
• Provide caregiver education and homeprogram recommendations
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with and provide feedback and supervision to SpeechLanguage Pathology Assistants, as applicable
• Participate in treatment planning and ongoing patient care

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or SpeechLanguage Pathology
• Current Florida SLP License
• Level II fingerprinting/background clearance
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
• Feeding therapy experience (preferred)
• AAC experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
• Genuine passion for helping children communicate, connect, and thrive

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pediatric therapy experience (at least 1 years)
• Feeding therapy experience
• Knowledge of sensory integration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to physically assist patients with functional activities and therapeutic exercises
• Passion for helping children reach their goals
