POSITION AVAILABLE:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
1099 Contractor — Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Community Based in Orange County or Osceola County

❤️ MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an evaluating therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Help children develop functional and developmental skills
- Provide caregiver education and support
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other members of the care team
- Assist evaluating therapists with treatment planning and reevaluations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate of Applied Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Florida OTA License
- Level II fingerprinting/background clearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Professional Liability Insurance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pediatric therapy experience ( at least 1 years)
- Feeding therapy experience
- Knowledge of sensory integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to physically assist patients with functional activities and therapeutic exercises
- Passion for helping children reach their goals
